In the Forward to 'The Magic Presence', Guy Ballard tells us how he was privileged to have this second group of experiences, which were, he says, the result of applying the Knowledge previously revealed.

He asks us to feel ourselves going through these same experiences, as we ask the Ascended Masters to illumine our Consciousness by the Light and Love of the Cosmic Christ which is the 'open door' to all we need to know and to experience in order to rise above and move beyond all human situations.

He tells us that the Truths and Experiences he writes of are Real, True and Eternal....that the Retreats, people and Masters with whom he associated are real physical places, things and tangible, living, breathing Beings....not imaginary nor symbolic or to be interpreted in that way.

In my review, I will high light what I think is most interesting and important....and leave it up to my reader to get the book and read and treasure every bit of special information and Instruction that it contains....for it exists nowhere else in quite this Transcendent Way

And so, Guy Ballard begins his story this way...

'When I left you at the end of Unveiled Mysteries, Beloved Lanto was sending forth His Blessing to America and mankind from the Retreat in The Royal Teton.'

He then tells of receiving a message from Saint Germain soon after that contained a letter of introduction to a Mr. Daniel Rayborn in Denver. When he went to the hotel to meet him, he (GB) met a Mr. Gaylord, a friend of many years, who was there with Daniel Rayborn. The letter of introduction was presented and they agreed to meet for dinner that evening....and this begins the story of the relationship that soon evolved with the Rayborn family....the father, Daniel, the daughter, Nada and son, Rex. The mother had recently passed on after an illness....but before her death, she spoke of transcendent revelations.

This chapter revolves around the Teaching given to the Rayborn family and to Guy Ballard by Saint Germain....Nada Rayborn speaks of Saint Germain's great loving protection given to her family, how He had taught them the Way by which the Ascended Ones had been able to illumine and raise Their physical bodies by purifying Them through the use of the Consuming Flame of Their own Divinity which He called 'the Mighty I AM Presence'.   

She said, 'He tells us this can only be accomplished by adoration of That Presence and complete obedience of the human personality to Its every direction. He says the secret is to keep in constant Inner Communion with the I AM Presence at all times so that the Perfection which It is is ever pouring forth, can come through the outer consciousness without being distorted by our own inharmony and that of the physical world around us.'

'It is in this way', Saint Germain explained, 'that the Ascended Masters have reached complete dominion over all manifestation and have finished the work in human embodiment which Jesus said everyone must sometime do'.

Nada explained that her Mother had had many strange experience in her childhood and her grandmother also, and that her grandfather had seen many of the remarkable things which these Great Ones do.

We are told that her father, Daniel Rayborn, had recently been contacted by Saint Germain because of a threat to his life by 'one he trusted'....but 'to remain at peace, for the Ascended Masters would give the needed protection'....

And we begin to see the part Guy Ballard is to play in resolving the threat to Daniel Rayborn's life.

Guy Ballard then tells us how that evening he awakened with a start and with the thought that he had heard someone calling him. He went out of the house and saw a movement among the shadows and at the same time saw a man coming out of the barn. In looking closer he saw a man dimly visible in the darkness taking aim with a rifle at the man coming out of the barn. Before he could shout a warning, a blinding flash of light struck the man with the rifle full in the face revealing the features of the ranch superintendent.  

The man coming from the barn was Daniel Rayborn who was unaware of his escape. The man who had the rifle had fled. The next morning all were in good spirits except Grey, the superintendent who was nervous and pale.

That morning the Nada, Rex and Guy Ballard went by horseback for a ride into the mountains and on the way they stopped at a cave made thousands of years ago when a portion of it had split away making the whole side a sheer cliff. A shelf like projection led to the cave.

Inside they were amazed at the marvelous natural phenomena....a ceiling of pink and white crystalline substance and covered with rainbow colored stalactites in amazing forms There were crosses, circles, crosses within circles, triangles and many ancient symbols that have been in use on this planet since its very beginning.

While they were exploring the cave, Rex called their attention to three arches about twenty feet apart each with a highly polished surface, one red, one blue and the other white. Guy Ballard felt a powerful intuition concerning the pillars and commented, 'This is the work of a Mighty Intelligence in ages past and I feel that these arches close entrances to other chambers beyond'.

He saw Nada and Rex looking at him intently and he asked the reason.

'Don't you feel it, see it?' 'What', he asked.

'You are being overshadowed by an etheric form you wore thousands of years ago'........and Nada goes on to describe what she is seeing and urges Rex to tell of an experience he had had the last time they were in the cave. How he had stood in front of the blue arch and was running his hand over the surface when a voice said, 'Stop'.

He and Nada had left the cave and hadn't returned until that day.

They returned to the ranch and described their experiences to Daniel Rayborn who subsequently asked them to meet him in the library after dinner.
