I wish you to enter with Me into the Full Fiery Knowledge of all this Cosmic Christ Love can do for you in every physical condition. Recognize It acting as the Fire Element from the Ascended Octave into your physical octave, to compel all things to change into that which they ought to express to produce Perfection.

Mankind has used 'the Will of Life' to produce perfectly useless things as far as fulfilling the Divine Plan is concerned. A thing is useless where there is no Perfection in it. There is only misused energy.

Now, I wish you to understand what it means to draw into the physical world, by Conscious Command 'the Will, the Cosmic Will of That Great Fiery Love from the Almighty I AM Presence in the Great Central Sun'.

Within That Love abides 'the Will' to produce Perfection. Within That Love abides 'the Will' to concentrate the Power needed to produce Perfection in the physical world.

Mankind has drawn the Action of the 'Will within Life' (the Will of God....the Mighty I AM Presence)  into so many conditions which are destructive, that now that 'Will' must be withdrawn from human use. The Free Will of each individual must be returned, (voluntarily offered back to), by Conscious Desire and Command, into the possession and control of the Higher Mental Christ Body. 

Mankind's will (the human will) has been strong on the wrong side in many channels, but as you now understand This Law , you realize the 'Divine Will' for all Life is Perfection.

The Love from the Great Central Sun supplies all Life with that which raises It into Greater Perfection. Please feel that you have all Authority by the 'Command of the Cosmic Christ Will' and 'Heavenly Healing Love' of your I AM Presence to produce and maintain Happiness and Perfection in the physical octave.

Your obligation and responsibility to Life is to bring Heaven on Earth by the Command of God's Will.

Through the use of the 'Cosmic Christ Will of My Love', you can accomplish anything to which you direct your attention. In doing this you will realize how quickly the Magnetic Power from the Great Central Sun obeys your 'Will'. As I said to you earlier, if you choose to call forth the 'Flame of My Transfiguration', just know that this Flame is the Victorious Power of Cosmic Christ Fire and using It, together, We will redeem, transmute and raise everything in the physical world which is not producing the Perfection of our Octave. 

You are obligated to use the 'Great Divine Will' within 'Life' to bring forth the Perfection 'Cosmic Christ Love' can give. So when you call forth the Cosmic Christ Fire, the Great Heavenly Healing Fire of Cosmic Christ Love everywhere you go, you are manifesting the 'Great Will of the I AM Presence' to beautify and perfect everything.

Be unconcerned about imperfections except to draw the 'Fire of Cosmic Christ Love' into them to purify them and make that Energy again do the Will of the Ascended Host. 

Some day every imperfection on this earth must disappear. Some day everything which causes distress to Life must cease its existence here in this world. Some day everything that dishonors God must cease to exist.

Therefore when you acknowledge that you, yourself are the 'Divine Will of your I AM Presence' manifesting Its Cosmic Love in the physical world, then as surely as you Bless the World with that Heavenly Fire  and the Heavenly Fire of Our Love will you find this world pouring back to you, the Blessings which Our Love forever expands.

Know that when you draw forth the Activity of our Heavenly Healing Love, which has been made permanent to the Earth, that Love continues to grow just like a plant in the ground. As long as It is undisturbed, it will Bless and Bless and Bless forever until this World surely will be Heaven made manifest.

It is the Energy of each one's own Life which has become imprisoned in discordant conditions and which must be released. It must be released by Love alone and the only Power which can draw That Love here is the Cosmic Christ Fire which We direct.

And yet YOU are privileged to draw It. 

Today We have again offered you the Knowledge of the Cosmic Christ Fire, the Sacred Fire of God's Heart. In every age someone has to come forth and try to hold mankind's attention upon It. In every Nation of the World , in every civilization of every age, the Cosmic Christ Fire has been given to the people of Earth, but because they did not understand, they have not used It.

Now you do understand!

I ask you to experiment with this phrase:

I AM THE COSMIC WILL OF LOVE SUPREME FROM

 THE 'MIGHTY I AM PRESENCE IN THE GREAT CENTRAL SUN',

 I AM THE MANIFESTATION OF ITS PERFECTION ON EARTH.

I DEMAND I FULFILL THE GREAT DIVINE PLAN THAT LOVE ALONE

 MAY EXIST EVERYWHERE IN THE WORLD WHERE SHADOWS

 NOW SEEM TO BE BE.

I AM THE 'I AM PRESENCE OF PERFECTION'S FLAME'

 AND I COMMAND MY OUTER SELF TO DO

 THE WILL OF THE HEAVENLY LOVE OF

THE I AM PRESENCE.

MAKE THAT HEAVENLY LOVE ALIVE

IN EVERYTHING IN THE PHYSICAL WORLD.

When you see conditions in which perfection does not seem to exist, or conditions that are destructive, you have all Authority and Power to call to Me or any of the Ascended Host and

DEMAND THE ASCENDED JESUS CHRIST AUTHORITY OF HEAVENLY COSMIC CHRIST LOVE,  TO MAKE THAT CHRIST LOVE ALIVE IN ANY SITUATION THAT MANIFESTS  LESS THAN GOD-PERFECTION.

Only the 'Heavenly Love' of Our Cosmic Christ Fire can draw into physical manifestation the Things that are already perfected in Our Octave. As you consciously determine to do only the 'Will of That Heavenly Love' WHICH NEVER ACCEPTS OR PRODUCES DISCORD, you will begin to experience what it means to do the 'Will of God' on Earth.

You can positively surrender the outer physical self to the Complete Possession of your I AM Presence and then allow It to do Its Own Will through you.
